Warranty Policy - Uniorange Spain

Applicable to www.uniorange.es

Effective Date: July 24, 2025

At Uniorange Spain (operated by The Atlas Group Holdings), we are committed to offering high-quality products and fulfilling all our legal obligations. This Warranty Policy outlines the Legal Guarantee of Conformity that covers our products, in accordance with European Union legislation and Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws of Spain.

1. Legal Guarantee of Conformity

All products purchased from www.uniorange.es are covered by a legal guarantee of 3 years from the date of product delivery. This guarantee protects the consumer against any lack of conformity that existed at the time of delivery and becomes apparent during this period.

What Does the Legal Guarantee Cover? The legal guarantee covers manufacturing defects and lacks of conformity, meaning when the product:

  • Does not match the description or does not possess the advertised qualities.

  • Is not fit for the purposes for which products of the same type are normally used.

  • Does not present the usual quality and performance of a product of the same type that the consumer can reasonably expect.

  • Is not fit for any special use required by the consumer and accepted by Uniorange.

Remedies under the Legal Guarantee: In case of a lack of conformity covered by the guarantee, you have the right, free of charge to you, to:

  1. Repair or Replacement: Primarily, the product will be repaired or replaced. The choice between repair or replacement rests with the consumer, unless one of these options is objectively impossible or disproportionate.

  2. Price Reduction or Termination of Contract (Refund): Only if repair or replacement is not possible, or is not carried out within a reasonable period or without inconvenience, may you opt for a price reduction or termination of the contract with a full refund.

Costs: All expenses associated with the repair or replacement of the product (including transport, parts, labor, and any other related costs) will be borne by Uniorange Spain.

Burden of Proof: Any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within the first two years from the delivery of the good is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery, unless proven otherwise. If the lack of conformity becomes apparent after two years but within the three-year guarantee period, the consumer must prove that the lack of conformity existed at the time of delivery.

2. Exclusions from the Legal Guarantee

The legal guarantee of conformity will not cover defects or failures resulting from:

  • Improper use or negligence: Damage caused by using the product in a way not intended or recommended in the instruction manual.

  • Unauthorized modifications: Any alteration, manipulation, or repair of the product performed by personnel not authorized by Uniorange.

  • Normal wear and tear: Natural wear or deterioration of components due to ordinary use of the product.

  • Accidental damage: Damage caused by drops, impacts, liquids, fire, or other external causes that are not an inherent manufacturing defect.

  • Use with non-original accessories: Problems arising from the use of accessories, consumables, or spare parts not supplied or recommended by Uniorange.

  • Lack of maintenance: Failure to follow the maintenance or cleaning instructions specified for the product.

3. Mandatory Proof of Purchase

For any claim under the legal guarantee, it is mandatory to provide valid proof of purchase (such as the original invoice or purchase/order receipt). Without valid proof of purchase, we will be unable to process your warranty claim.

We will strive to resolve your claim efficiently and with the least possible inconvenience to you.

6. Important Considerations (Protection Against Fraud)

Uniorange Spain is dedicated to maintaining the integrity of its warranty process. We reserve the right to thoroughly investigate any warranty claim that we deem suspicious or that appears to be the result of system abuse. Claims found to be fraudulent or in violation of the terms of this policy may be rejected, and any returned items will not be eligible for repair, replacement, or refund.
