We are committed to operating in full compliance with European Union (EU) consumer protection regulations and applicable Spanish legislation, including Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE) and Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users. 1. Accepted Payments

We offer a variety of secure and convenient payment methods for your purchase. We accept payments via:

  • Digital Wallets: PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

All payments are processed in Euros (€).

2. Pricing & Taxes

Prices displayed on our website are in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT (Impuesto sobre el Valor Añadido), as required by Spanish and EU law for consumer sales. Shipping costs, if any, will be clearly calculated and detailed on the order summary page (checkout) before you finalize your purchase, based on your shipping address.

Pricing Errors: While we strive for absolute accuracy in pricing, in the unlikely event of a significant pricing error, your order will be flagged and automatically cancelled. The full amount paid will be refunded to your original payment method, and you will receive a notification explaining the cancellation.

3. Order Processing & Fraud Prevention

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days following successful payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Fraud Prevention: To ensure a secure shopping environment and protect both our customers and our company from fraudulent transactions, all orders are subject to rigorous security checks. If we detect or suspect any fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to block the order, cancel it, and refund the amount paid. We will notify you if your order is affected by such a review or cancellation.

4. Payment Failures

In the event that your payment method is declined or cannot be successfully processed, your order will not be completed. You will be immediately informed that your payment was unsuccessful and encouraged to use a different payment method to complete your purchase. Our systems are automated, and we do not hold orders pending resolution of payment issues.

5. Shipping Costs & Methods

Shipping costs for orders destined for Spain and other countries within the European Union will be transparently calculated at checkout, based on your order details (weight, volume) and delivery address. We offer standard shipping options; expedited shipping availability may vary.

6. Delivery Times & Risk of Loss

Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location within Spain or the EU and the selected shipping carrier. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. While we strive for timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Unless a specific delivery date is agreed upon with you, we commit to delivering orders within a maximum of 30 calendar days from the date of purchase, as stipulated by European regulations.

Risk of Loss: The risk of loss or damage to items purchased from Uniorange Spain transfers to you only when you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), have taken physical physical possession of the goods. This means we are responsible for the goods during transit until they are physically in your hands.

7. Refunds

Refunds for cancelled orders or returned products are typically processed within 24-48 business hours of the effective order cancellation or successful return verification. Please note that the time it takes for the funds to appear reflected in your account may vary slightly depending on your bank or payment provider, usually ranging from 3 to 10 business days. 8. No Subscriptions or Recurring Payments

Please note that Uniorange Spain does not offer subscription services or recurring payment options for any of its products at this time. All purchases made on our website are one-time transactions.
